Privacy at NOORHOME is a design decision, not just a legal clause. We build our devices to work locally in your home as far as possible, and we do not sell or share your data with any advertising party — a standing commitment.

What we collect: name, mobile number and address to fulfil your order, plus an optional email for updates, and minimal technical data (device model, connection state) to improve support.

What we don't collect: we never store your voice or your camera footage on our servers without a cloud subscription you explicitly choose. Camera video stays on your memory card or in your own cloud account if you enable it.

Retention: order data for 5 years for invoicing and legal warranty purposes; video retention 1–90 days, set by you in the app.

Your rights: request a copy of your data, request corrections, or delete your account entirely via [email protected] — we action it within 30 days. Data is encrypted with AES-256 in transit and at rest, and internal access is limited by role.
